Non-violent communication (NVC)

NVC (Nonviolent Communication) was developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg.
This concept aims to improve relationships through empathy, trust, and clarity by helping to identify and express needs without hurting or manipulating. NVC is based on four main components:

1. Observation: What do I actually observe, without judgment?
2. Feelings: What feelings do these observations trigger in me?
3. Needs: What needs of mine underlie these feelings?
4. Requests: What specific actions can fulfill these needs?
The 4th point can be complemented by an offer .

PEP (Process and Embodiment-focussed Psychology)

is a further development of tapping techniques which are used in psychotherapy and coaching. They combine elements of self-acceptance, humour and lightness to eliminate emotional blockades and to promote self-efficacy. PEP integrates a bifocal-multisensory approach while a stressful topic is being thought about and a physical stimulus is given, this brings about a change on the emotional level. Stress and Trauma

This simple tapping exercise is a self-help method that calms the nervous system and reduces emotional stress – this is the most efficient and effective way of self-regulation that I know.

Watch the video and do the exercise according to the instructions once a day or as needed. The exercise needs less than 5 minutes and provides immediate relief. If you do this exercise regularly, your basic level of stress will be reduced.

Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI)

Each group is defined by four factors: the person (I); the group interaction (we), the task (it) and the environment (globe). Recognition and fostering the balance of the I-We-It factors in the environment is the basis of TCI group work

Transaction Analysis (TA)

Transaction analysis is based on four assumptions which are that every person is valuable, change is possible, each person has parent and child parts and that communication is the central element in relationships.

Zurich Resource Model (ZRM)

ZRM is a self-management training. It is based on the latest
